60 min OT Assessment- $140 (usually includes treatment)

45 min OT Treatment - $110

55 min OT Treatment - $135

​You can expect 1-on-1 treatment with an experienced therapist in your home.

Mobility Aid Assessment and Prescription:

Rollator - $140

Manual Wheelchair - $225

Power Wheelchair - $300​

Scooter - $300

​You can expect a thorough mobility aid assessment and prescription done in your home.

 

Payment for services:

We accept cash, visa or money transfer.

 

Some of our patient’s do not pay out-of-pocket for OT services, as these services are covered by some Extended Health Benefit providers. For those who do pay out-of-pocket, all visits are tax free, and do qualify for income tax as a medical expense. We do not accept WSIB claims, and are not a registered OHIP clinic.
